Robert Smith

Robert Smith, of Croydon, passed away at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital on August 20, 2021. He was 90 years old. Robert worked as a tanker truck driver for Allied Chemical for over 40 years. Robert was also the Santa Claus at the Allied Christmas Party every year. He was a big fan of Elvis, enjoyed wrestling, fishing, and collecting coins. He will be deeply missed by his daughters: Doris H. Smith, Roberta D. Smith, Susan R.Dum, Marlene C. Wardell, and Kathy McIntosh, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris (nee Hogarth) in 2005 and his daughter, Florence A. Beatty in 2010. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing on Wednesday, August 25th from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by his Service at 11:00 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020.
