Robert Christian Snyder Jr.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert Christian Snyder Jr., age 58, who left this world unexpectedly on April 16, 2025. Born on June 9, 1966, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Robert and Edith (nee Moore) Snyder, Robert was a lifelong resident of the city, where he cultivated a vibrant and joyful life.

Robert dedicated many years to serving his community as a Business Process Analyst at the Naval Support Activity Center. He was well-respected by his colleagues and left a lasting impact through his commitment to his work and the people he served.

A devoted family man, Robert cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He is survived by his caring sisters, Denise Hansen (Glenn) and Donna Knitter, along with nephews, Sean Knitter (Nancy), Glenn Hansen (Bea), and Dylan Hansen (Brittany), as well as Daniela Foss, who was like a daughter to him. Robert adored his great nieces, Riley, Addison, and Aubrey, and his great nephew, Asher. Robert was blessed with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Robert's love for his family was palpable, and his greatest joy came from creating beautiful memories together.

Robert had a zest for life that was evident in his many passions. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and cherished traveling to watch baseball games. One of his favorite destinations was Disney World, where the magic of the parks brought him endless happiness. He also enjoyed attending concerts and theater shows, appreciating the arts and the joy they brought into his life.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Robert’s visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Wednesday, April 23, from 5:00-6:00 PM followed by his memorial service at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
