Robert Joseph Zuccato, 87, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025 listening to Frank Sinatra with his family by his side.
Robert was born in South Philadelphia to the late Aldo and Agnes (Brennan) Zuccato. He was a 1956 graduate of Bishop Neumann High School and a U.S. Army veteran. He worked at Philco Corporation where he met the love of his life Patricia.
Bob is survived by his wife of 63 years Patricia (nee Smith), 3 children Geralyn (John), Denise (Jeff), Robert Jr. (Kristina) 7 grandchildren Danielle (fiance Ben), John (Fiance Alyssa), Matthew, Zachary (Hope), Hunter, Emilie and Robert III; 1 great granddaughter Adela. Bob is preceeded in death by his brothers, Tom (Shirley) and Gene (Madeline). He is also survived by 2 brothers Ron (Leona) and Larry (Lynda) and his sister Sharon (Bob) as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bob was a fourth degree Knights of Columbus member as well as an Elks member in the Greater Wildwood Lodge 1896. He enjoyed spending his summers with his family and friends at his shore house in North Wildwood, which he and his wife have had for 30 years. Bob was known to many as “Buck” at his family’s bar in South Philly. He was an avid Eagles fan who had season tickets since 1960 and enjoyed the highs and lows with his family and was finally able to celebrate 2 Super Bowl wins (Go Birds).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Friday, March 14th from 6:00-8:00 PM and at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Saturday, March 15th from 9:30-10:30 AM followed by his Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private.
