Roland G. Angle

Roland G. "Tex" Angle, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at the age of 83. Born in Philadelphia to the late Mary (Keefer) and John W. Angle and was a resident of Bensalem for over_ years.

Tex dedicated his life to the automotive industry, working as a mechanic for the Bensalem School District for over two decades. Prior to that, he had a successful career as a truck driver for Roadway Trucking. His mechanical expertise and unwavering work ethic made him a respected figure amongst his colleagues.

Tex served his community as a volunteer fireman for many decades. He was a lifetime member of the Cornwells Fire Company, Station #16, and had previously served at Eddington Fire Company, Station #28, Nottingham Fire Company, Station #65 and the Bucks County Fire Police. His commitment and bravery in the line of duty were admired by all.

Tex had a zest for life and a wild spirit and was known for love of classic cars and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He cherished his time on the open road, riding his beloved Harley. Many memories were made as he traveled across the country with many friends, sharing countless adventures and laughter.

Tex will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Rosemarie Angle. He will also be deeply missed by his children, Lynn Corley (Michael), Gregg Angle, and Deborah (Bill). His grandchildren, Danna, Shane, Bobby (Ashley), Shannon (Fiancé Sean) and his great-grandchildren, Lilly, Grayson, and Ellie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 9:30 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 11 AM.
