Samuel G. Pierce

Samuel G. Pierce of Croydon passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Lower Bucks Hospital. He was 89 years old. Born in Philadelphia and a lifelong resident of Croydon. Sam worked as a mechanic for many years with Meenan Heating Oil and previously with Waste Management. He enjoyed gardening, camping and spending time with his grandchildren. Sam was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Catherine F. (Knecht). He will be sadly missed by his loving son, Samuel C. Pierce (Sandra); his two grandchildren: Samuel J. (Ashley) and Steven C. Pierce (Kelly); and 5 great-grandchildren: Dylan, Brett, Emmy, Sammy and Josie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Monday from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her service at 11 AM. Interment Bristol Cemetery.
