Stella Grant

Stella Grant, of Croydon, passed away on June 1st, at her home with her children by her side. She was 95 years old. Stella worked as a Kitchen Aide for Eastern State School and Hospital for over 15 years. She was a hard worker, working up until she was 92 years old. She loved to cook, especially soups, and she also enjoyed going to the casino. She will be deeply missed by her children, Louis Ferri, Joseph Ferri, Robert Ferri (Donna), and Lisa Davis (Joe, the best son in law ever), her grandchildren: John (Patty), Christine (Dom), and Joey (Monique), her great grandchildren: Dominic, Dalton, Johnny, Vincenzo, Emmy Lynn, Teddy, and Stella, as well as her sisters, Dot and Gloria. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Stella was preceded in death by her 13 siblings. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, Pa 19021, on Tuesday, June 6th from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by her Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Forest Hills Cemetery.
