With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Suzanne (Corwell) Manalo who passed away on Sunday March 30, 2025, at the age of 88. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Mildred (Schrumm) and William Corwell and was a resident of Langhorne for the past 3 years and was formerly of Croydon and Bensalem.
Suzanne was a dedicated Examiner at the IRS, where she built a notable career that reflected her commitment to diligence and integrity. Her professional life was only one aspect of her beautiful existence; she was also a passionate animal lover who treasured her late dogs, Birdie and Bogey, who brought endless joy to her life.
An adventurous spirit, Suzanne loved the thrill of riding motorcycles and embarked on numerous travels with her late husband, Robert. Together, they created countless cherished memories and explored the world hand in hand. Suzanne had a zest for life that extended to her love of golf, and she was a proud, longtime member of the Bensalem Country Club.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Robert G. Manalo, Jr. Suzanne is survived by her cherished nephew, John J Kintsch (The late Donna), and her beloved nieces, Suzanne Chewing (The late Lee), Jacqueline Kreshover (Steven), and Patricia Fay (Christopher). Suzanne’s love and kindness will live on in their hearts and in the hearts of all who knew her. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, William and David Corwell.
