Terri S. Lotierzo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terri S. Lotierzo (nee Stevenson), who left this world peacefully on July 16, 2026. Born on January 6,1962, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late Kenneth and Joan (nee Heath) Stevenson, Terri's journey through life touched the hearts of many, and her spirit will forever be cherished by those who knew her.

Terri was raised in the Northwood section of Philadelphia and graduated from Frankford H.S. in 1980. She received her Associates Degree from Peirce Jr. College in 1982. In 1993 she relocated to Linwood, New Jersey, to be closer to the Jersey Shore. She loved hosting family and friends for beach days and boardwalk adventures, embracing the relaxed small-town shore vibe that suited her so well. Warm and outgoing, she made friends wherever she went. Terri was a dedicated Client Services Specialist in Estate Planning at Fox Rothschild in Atlantic City.

Terri found great joy in concerts, art shows, and travel with family and friends. She held a deep, lifelong love of music, enthusiastically exploring many genres and artists while sharing favorite songs and stories with loved ones. Her affection extended to animals as well; she cherished her pets and held a tender, lifelong love for them. As a backyard birder she was quick to spot new arrivals to her yard. A true "4-for-4" she enjoyed all four of Philly's sports teams going back to the days of listening to the Phillies on AM radio with her family on the porch during those hot summer nights.

Terri's deep faith served as a quiet foundation of her life, shaping her values, relationships, and the grace with which she faced every challenge. She was lovingly ministered to by St. James Church, whose support brought her great comfort and strength. Throughout her life, she embodied kindness and warmth, offering support and love to everyone around her.

Terri is survived by her loving family, including her twin sister Kathy Baumann (Paul), her brother Kenneth Stevenson (Brenda). She will also be lovingly remembered by her cherished niece and nephews: Stephanie Falcone, Paul Baumann, David Baumann (Molly), Michael Stevenson (Caralyn), and Benjamin Stevenson, as well as her aunt, Linda Lundquist (the late Wayne), and her cousin Jennifer Talaty (Mukul).

In celebration of her life, the family will receive friends and relatives on August 8, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am at St. James Episcopal Church. Interment will be private. We invite all whose lives were touched by Terri to join in honoring her memory.

Her family appreciates the love and support of friends during this difficult time, as they seek comfort in the cherished memories of a remarkable woman who lived with grace and compassion.

Rest in peace, dear Terri. Your kindness and love will always remain in our hearts.
