Theresa Joan Kowalski

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Theresa Joan Kowalski, age 88, who departed this life on July 7, 2026, in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Born on October 3, 1937, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Vincent and Regina (nee Kocprowicz) Andruczyk, Theresa embraced life with a warmth and generosity that touched all who knew her.

Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kowalski. As a devoted homemaker, Theresa dedicated herself to her family, creating a loving environment for her children: Diana Elinich, Anne Colon, Joseph Kowalski Jr., Michael Kowalski (Susan), Stephen Kowalski (Jackie), and Elaine Fabian (Ted). She is also remembered fondly by her beloved grandchildren: Crystal (Jed), Melissa (Brendyn), Brittany (Mike), Vincent (Suzanne), Anthony (Alex), Adam, Michael, Alexia, Stephen Jr., Sarah, and John (Kara). Theresa was proud to be a great grandmother to Eli, Elliana, Ean, Benjamin, Alex, Adrien, Lucille, Otto, and Lily, cherishing every moment spent with her growing family. She also leaves behind her brother Eugene (Patsy) Andruczyk.

An active member of St. Ephrem Church, Theresa found joy and community in her faith, which was a cornerstone of her life. She enjoyed shopping—particularly on QVC—and had a passion for gardening, filling her home and heart with beauty.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Theresa’s visitation at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Monday, July 13th from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by her mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Ephrem Church in Theresa's honor, continuing her legacy of love and community.
