Thomas Paul Kilian of Bensalem passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024, he was 74 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Margaret (McKeaney) and Joseph A. Kilian, Tom was a resident of Bensalem for 47 years.
Tom graduated from North Catholic High School and went on to pursue further education at LaSalle University, Widener University, and Rosemont College, where he completed his master’s degree. He dedicated many years of his life to a successful career as a project manager and warehouse manager for various companies and retired with PECO.
Outside of work, Tom found joy in traveling, golfing, playing pinochle, and crafting homemade wine and beer. He was a proud parishioner and eucharistic minister of St. Ephrem Catholic Church and served as a board member at the Phoenix Swim Club.
Tom was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joanne M. (Schaffling). He will be deeply missed by his children, Jessica Banff (Andrew), Paul Kilian (Barrett) and Mark Kilian (Kaitlyn). Tom is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Trevor, Austin, Jane, Julie, Claire, Colin, Lucy, Ronan, Cole, and Max; his siblings: Joe (Pat), Gerry (Kay), Peg (Joe), Rick, Mike, and Marian (Wayne); his mother-in-law, Joan Schaffling and the Schaffling family; as well as many other loving extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 3 to 5 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, and again Monday March 18, 2024, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM, followed by Rite of Committal at Resurrection Cemetery.
