It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William P. Shoudt, affectionately known as Bill, who left us peacefully on Friday July 4, 2025, at the age of 81. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Marie (Owens) and William P. Shoudt and was a resident of Bensalem for the past 44 years.
Bill was a dedicated welder for many years at Wonder Bread, where he took pride in his work and formed lasting friendships. His true passions, however, lay in the great outdoors. He loved spending time crabbing and fishing, happiest when he was surrounded by nature. A true musician at heart, Bill enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo, often filling family gatherings with joyful tunes and laughter.
Bill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy A. (Meyers) Shoudt. He is survived by his longtime companion, Anne Kacprowics, his two beloved daughters, Marie Riley (Bob) and Debbie Litvinenko (George), who cherished their father and carried forward his spirit of kindness and joy. Bill will also be deeply missed by his six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness and pride throughout his life. Bill was also preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen M. Esposito and his sister, Carol Berry.
As we remember Bill, we hold close the wonderful memories we have of him—his laughter, his music, and his unwavering love for his family. Though he may have left this world, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. Rest in peace, dear Bill. You will always be missed.
